Current Speed Shown On GPS?

Boys, Im buggered if I can figure out how to show the vehicles current speed on my SR5 MY12 head unit?
It shows the speed limits, but not the speed Im doing.
Any help appreciated.

They possibly don't show the speed in the gps because it would show a different reading to the instrument speedo and would result in a lot of warranty claims of "my speedo is broken, it reads wrong", even though we all know that they are set a few k's slower from factory.

It doesn't show it. It will tell you when you are exceeding the speed limit by changing the speed zone indicator to red instead of black. You can also set it to give speed limits by voice.

This is a tricky one.
On the back of the f10 units there is one spare plug. I have seen on eBay at times you can purchase a pin out unit with resistors that fits into that plug.
This unlocks features within the head deck
Like speed is shown.
DVD movies can be watched and when in motion on the sat models
A rear camera button on the screen that can be turned on at any time
Unlocked screen options like back drops and stuff.

Seen It a few times on vehicles I have serviced. When I asked the customers that is what I was told.

The plugs are about 350 bucks as well so you would really want the mods.
