It will effect the light mate.
even though it is clear it is imperfect so light goes everywhere but where you want it to!!
best bet is pull the sides off and try to get a seal around it.

Im getting a whole new range of led lights made at the moment that are heavy duty and IP68.
also getting round led driving lights.
PM if you are interested in having a look cant promote business on here.

Cheers.
Cheers Cooper.

Will the moisture cause any damage or just effect the light output/spread?

Put 3 small holes in left mid right side under the bar.. I hope this should the trick.. I tried sealing the bar with both hands covering both ends while it was apart & i could feel that the led bar itself isnt water tight sealed..

Copy of PM I sent to TheGreenThing

G'day mate

To seal my light bar I ran clear silicon around the edge of the glass.
I drilled 3 holes in the bottom of the light bar body, lined up with the space behind the reflector. Sorry I don't have any pictures of this, but the easiest way is to line it up with the end cap off. The holes are about 2 inches from each end and 1 in the middle.
I used a 3/16 drill bit.
I still get a little moister inside the bar when driving in heavy rain, but it dries out quickly when the sun comes out.

Hope this helps, if you have any more questions just ask

Hope it dries up when sun goes up.. Thanks again mate..
