Wide body guards on narrow body

Will widebody guards fit on a narrow body/single-cab Hilux?I’m wanting to get a full bumper replacement bullbar and replace the guards with widebody ones so it’s flush and keeps a cleaner look. Does anyone know if the mount points are the same?

Inconclusive, but get yerself along to http://www.japan-parts.eu/ and find the part number. Then do a reverse part number search and you'll see all the vehicles to which that part was fitted as new.
