Help Installing Fridge Slide

My Dog Box/Fridge box and slide just arrived and I have ran into a small issue I am hoping someone can help me with.

The Dog Box has 105mm Lip at the door so I need to raise the bottom/Floor to mount the slide, some how to rise it above the Lip?

I was thinking maybe some aluminum tubing bolted through to the Tray, then some 12mm ply on top of that? Or anyone have a better idea, I am all ears. Would Tek Screws be suitable to secure the Slide to the Tubing or better of with Bolts?

Maybe aluminium SHS of decent wall thickness. Not sure what sizes it comes in but sure I’ve seen 100mm before. Maybe Marine ply on top of that or look at aluminium Unistrutwhich gives you some mounting flexibility in one direction.
I’d use SS bolts with good size washers. Don’t mix zinc with aluminium.

Tech screws are not a good idea they tend to break easy especially with vibration, eg corrugations

Thanks HK and Spitfia, appreciated. Im on dirt 90% of the time and a lot of corrugations.

Ply on top of the SHS sounds like a good plan, I just cant work out how to attach the slide to the ply/SHS without using screws as I cant get to the bolts with the square tube.

I may have to get the frame made, welded, with some extra bits to allow attaching to the tray.

If you use Unistrut on top of the SHS they have captive nuts that go in the track. Google it and see how it works. It is used for cable ladder, pipes etc.
