ARB Delux Bullbar installation

I just bought a second hand white ARB delux bullbar for my 2014 SR5. I plan on removing the factory bumper and installing the ARB bullbar myself with the help of a mate. I haven't done anything like this before but have been told by numerous people it's easy but just takes time. What I am wondering if there is some type of installation guide out there that might help me, or if someone knows of the steps off the top of their head. Sounds like a lobg shot I know, but I want to save on installation costs and want to give this a crack myself.
