Adjusting strut too far

About to adjust my struts for the first time and im wondering if it's possible to adjust them too high/far.

Just quickly, yes, it's always possible to go too far. Having said that, specifically, which struts are you talking about? You may want to consider a wheel alignment after playing around.

If you are looking at spacers you will brake the strut use search you will find photo
In addition post your talking about body lift put it in one post what your trying to achieve.
