QLD GVM in service upgrade

Just wanting to get a consensus on if I’m interpreting this article right:

My understanding was that in QLD you were limited to only a Lovells or a Pedders GVM upgrade if you didn’t get a GVM upgrade pre-rego.
Based on this article, am I correct in saying that in QLD, under this new LS15 code, you can now go get any of the GVM upgrades TJM, ARB, Superior Engineering, Dobinsons, etc. “in service” or in plain English after you’ve owned the vehicle for a bit?
Anyone got experience/ thoughts on this?
