Hi!

Whats the highest front lift you can do on the new Revo without any other mods and gett a 100% correct wheel alignment after?

I dont want any positive camber.

I've lifted mine about 45mm and my alignment adjusters are 'maxed out'. Any higher and i'd have to start changing things. (565mm to wheel arch from wheel centre)

Like DaveSumm, I have a 2” lift in mine (Bilstein/King Springs) and was told that I had run out of alignment and whilst it was within tolerance, was recommended to get a new set of UCA’s to get everything 100% true.

The next week I got a set of SuperPro UCA’s fitted and the castor wound forward as much as was possible to allow a set of 265/65’s to be fitted in the future. All is happy up there now!

Another point of note, at the time of the lift, I also installed a diff drop kit (spacer style) which brought it down another 25mm... for this size lift I’m pretty sure it’s not needed, however I’d spent so much on the rest an extra $100 before it got its last true alignment seemed like saving myself any future dramas whilst it was already up on the hoist

Same as above, only 2 inch lift, but got adjustable UCA’s and handle like a dream, outer edge of tyre was wearing bad and twitchy/bump steer/shitty cornering before the UCA’s went in.. I’d advise aftermarket UCa for any lift, makes a big difference
