Went to Ultimate Suspension.

Sorry to say, I was hardly impressed with what I was been told in regards to some suspension adjustments i was looking at doing.
I wasn't happy with the service and advice at all. Maybe it was just an off day for them but it was enough to put me off.

Sorry dunno how good Dobinsons are. I have Bilsteins which I'm very happy with. I had gone to Ulitmate for advice on the slight tailshaft vibrations which they said they could fix when I enquired over the phone.
I should also point out that I don't have any experience with their product, it was just the poor advice and stupid little comments that they were making.

Basically after I took him for a drive, he said there is no vibration at all and that it was the diesel rattle from the engine. I then told him it's a petrol V6 (which is very obvious) he then said oh it's just the transmission changing gears. Yes it was that ridiculous. I suggested he drive the car himself to which he refused a number of times. He offered to do a brake and suspension check oin his machine to which I agreed. He then joked with his mate about how the brakes were "shit". I laughed it off. Clearly they were trying to sell something. I reminded him that being a TRD it has the biggest brakes of all hiluxs, brand new pads and the discs were brand new DBA T2 slotted rotors which they themselves were selling in their showroom. Anyway a few silly comments and digs followed which resulted in a quote for new "ultimate suspension" struts.

I had heard good things about them on this forum especially, but the experience was really poor almost amateurish. Anyway respect those who have had good experiences, I though would definitely not deal with them at all. Very poor
