Caster problems

I'm having problems with my truck's caster. I'm doing the caster every week because I'm going to the farm and when I come back it is already misaligned. Is someone going through this? The bolts are not holding the caster in place.

Have you marked them to see how they are moving?
How tight are they being torqued up?

I still have not looked to see how they are at the moment. But I realize that the caster has slipped because the stabilizer bar is scraping the shock absorbers again. I already had 2x this problem. I have not measured the tightening torque I will try to regulate elsewhere and will post here again.
