2"-3" lift recommendations

I have just bought a 2011 dual cab sr and the suspension seems to be a bit solid and the back end seems way too high (probably heavy duty leaf springs)

can anyone recommend 2" or 3" coil/leaf kit that will give me decent flex, comfort and will level the car out as well.
most of the time the tray will be pretty much empty or at least carry under 100kg.

Find out what's been put in there first, may be as easy as removing a leaf from the pack.
