Tyers for 2022 2wd low rider

I’ve recently got a 2022 2wd low rider workmate for work. Strangely enough I couldn’t convince the boss to fork out the extra for a 4wd model…
My question is, what’s the best way to make is as ‘capable’ as possible off road. I’m not talking super sandy or rock climbing, more off road dirt tracks to just to some easy exploring.
I’m assuming upgrading tyres to all terrains is a good start? And if so, what’s the largest tyre I could go with stock suspension? Currently running 215/65 R16.
Oh and if this has already been answered happy to be pointed in the right direction.
