Not this brand but met a “lady” with a similar thing mounted on their MUX definitely did the job for them. They had been on multiple red Centre trips etc and could not fault theirs.
Before you ask no idea the brand but same hitch mounted idea.
Before anyone else asks “lady” definitely had an Adam’s apple but never saw them in anything other then a dress frock etc.

I made a swing out tyre and twin jerry holder that slides in the reece hitch. Did 8500km through WA and NT deserts corrugations didn't break ,bend or miss a beat. No provisions to tow though

I fabbed up something similar to do that job a while back.
But I do like the design of that... something I might buy. The anti rattle hitch bolt is nice too - its the same setup thats on my bike rack.
Wonder what the hitch extension is rated to... probably not a trailer of any sort.
