Factory plastic tray bed liner

Hi all. I’m a newby and glad I found you and hope you can help. Just bought a new (2018) Rugged and wish to remove the tray bed liner. It has 2 screws near the rear securing it to the bed but it appears the lip which is folded down over the rear end of the bed near the tailgate is glued to the metal. I don’t want to risk damaging the liner by pulling it free. Cannot detect any trim clips securing it. Must be some type of adhesive but not silastic I don’t think. Any clues? Cheers.

They are almost always held down with double sided tape. Start at one end and run a nice sharp blade under it. Then you'll just need to clean it all off and apply some new tape.

Thanks Toyzx, I suspected as much. Will have a crack when I get home later. Cheers.
