Hi All

Looking at upgrading my ride to fit a set of BFG Ko2s however i am undecided on whether to go for 265 / 65 / 18 on the factory alloys or get a more aggressive steel wheel with 265 / 70 / 17s +10 offset.(17x8 rim)
I like the more agressive rims but not sure if this will affect the daily drive of it.

I also have a 2" OME lift

Feedback appreciated

Long term smaller rim size will mean a cheaper set up. Bf tires on 18” rims were gonna cost 450ish a corner.
I Dropped to 16” 250 ish a corner and plenty of options also say you rims are up to $200 a corner your up money any time you destroy a tire your up 250 not 450.

Thanks
did you find a big difference in ride quality going to a steel wheel over alloy?
