Hi, just wondering if anyone has any experience running MT Deegan 38 A/Ts? Getting a BP-51 lift very soon and wanting to fit 275/65/18s. Tossing up between these tyres and BFG KO2s but BFGs are pretty pricey. Got quoted $420 each whereas the MTs are $330 each. :D

Those tyres are similar in Ø to the MT ATZ P3 265/70/R17 I have on my SR5 with a +25 offset. They fit better than the OEM ones! No scrubbing at all.

It’s a very aggressive all terrain vs a muddy I have the MT MTZs and they howl like nothing else on the tar as a word of warning. BF muddies were a lot quieter.
Never had the Deegans so I don’t know how they will be for you.

Had a customer Car in with mtz’s yesty colleague had to do a road test on it. He came back said how do you hear yourself think in yours because I can’t hear a thing in that.
They definitely roar. Only tire I know to be louder was the GT Radials MT. Great tire on dirt but unbearable on highway. And pretty much unstoppable in the mud. Just wish they made a tire that fit the lux. I would have bought them.

I'm more than happy with my ATZ P3's. They are pretty quiet, I hardly notice them. I don't know about the Deegan's though. $330 is a good price. I paid $380 for my ATZ's

Consider dropping tire size too 18s are expensive.
Was quoted around 400-450 for 18s in muddy or AT
I bought new rims and dropped to a 16”
Total price was $450 a corner now if I get a flat I will be paying $200-220 think of the Long game.
