Offset on standard suspension

I recently purchased a 2017 sr5, and im loving it so far. I am wanting to change wheels as one of the first mods.
I just have a question regarding offset with standard suspension, I am looking at buying a set of Method Wheels but am unsure of which size/offset will suit stock suspension and not rub. I have had a read of alot of threads and things on the internet, but cant find a definative answer, i dont wanna buy the wrong ones as its not a cheap mistake.
I am seeing 17x8.5 0 offset, 18x9 -12 and 18 offset
