2010 wheels wont fit 07

Hi every one
I have just purchased 18x8 ROH +45 came of 2010 Lux and the don't fit my 07.
the problem is they sit hard against the axle nut cap leaving a gap of about 9mm.
any ideas was there achange in hubs and disc breaks between these years

Can they be machined to fit? Maybe open up the hole in the centre? Shouldn't cost heaps.

Nah if they went back any further they will rub on the caliper .im thinking the only 2 options sell them or 10mm spacer

You've posted in the wrong section for starters but anyway, are you sure they came off a 2010? The center of the wheels are no different, it was only the discs and calipers that got bigger. Maybe he had spacers under them (ILLEGAL)!! I'd just shop for some correct wheels!

Sorry where should i have put it .I did not see the lux they came off ,no spacer apparently I asked can't see any reason why he would lie .I need to work it out so I can move them on to the correct vehicle.

+45 seems to be a bit of an extreme offset for the hilux stock is +30 I run 16x8 +20 and my tyres just clear the uca's

P.S. 07 model is a gen 7
YOU LOOKIN AT MY EYE?!!!
MY10 2011 SR Hilux DC, Steinbauer Module, 2" lift, BFG AT 265/75R16 etc. etc. etc.

gave up on the wheels turns out they only fit bt50/ ranger just happened to have a mate with one .I can tell you a set of 2017 black steel standard rims with brand new geolanders fit perfectly. I was pretty impressed the first time i saw them on the gen 8.
