Is it possible to fit 275/65/18s with no suspension mods to an SR5?

Keen to address any scrubbing also, ideally without major work.

Any thoughts/experience?

Local tyre joint told me that they couldn't even fit 265/65/ r 18s without lift.
I do have a steel bulbar and winch weighing it down. Without this it might be ok.

yes, I have installed 275/65/18 with original wheels without alteration in suspension . I use the truck to work on the farm and to this day I have no problems.

Scrub only on rough terrain with the steering wheel turned. On flat ground not rub anywhere.
with 1"(25mm) lift already solves any problem.
