16 inch rims onto a 2017 4X4 sr5 in specifics im looking at the Dick Cepek BLACKOUT MATTE BLACK

Has Anybody got these on.
Im thinking offset is a problem meant to be 16x8 offset is -12
bolt cirle is 6X139.7 Correct me if this is not right too please

Myralga, did you manage to fit the wheels? I am considering the same wheel size with BF muddies. Any issues with the drum rear brakes or the front calipers?

What’s everyone’s take on the alloy vs steelies? I’ve got an “18 SR CAB CHASSIS coming this week, went in to get prices on King D Lockers wrapped in BFG KO2’s but the tyre shops are saying they are difficult to balance? I looked at at alloys and about the only ones I like are the Dc2’s and DC Blackouts but they’re both neg12 offset and apparently won’t fit on the SR without lift? Can anyone verify, or has anyone put the DC’s on with Flares?..

I'm interested to follow this thread and pose a question. Has anyone tried the 16x8 GU patrol alloy? they have about +11 offset so should fit good if they clear the brakes.

Just been reading through this old thread as Im looking at replacing the factory alloys on my SR5, Ideally I want to drop down to 16' rim for a bit more sidewall to play with. I currently have the 17 x 7.5 +30 factory alloys with 265/65/17 BFG KM3.

Looking at going to 16 x 8 + 30 ROH alloy and running a set of 265/75/16 Duratracs or 265/70/16 if the 75 is to tall

My concern is the clearance on the UCA give the 0.5" wider rim and retaining the +30 offset. The same wheel in 17" is 9' wide which I don't want.

Is anyone running 16 x 8's with a offset greater than "0" my other option is 16 x 8 with a 0 offset.
