Water Tank

Hi All,

Just use 90mm sewer pipe with 8 elbows between the tray and the chassis.. I put a compressor in an under try box, that way, using a schrader valve you can pressurize the pipework (About 80 litres) to force the water out at whatever pressure you like.. Photos will be posted of my install if requested...

Be careful,
Read this http://www.worksafe.vic.gov.au/info/pub ... g-of-pipes

And there is a big difference in thickness of material between 90mm storm water pipe and 100mm pipe [dwv]

Thanks for the safety tip banksy .. I only pressurize the system to 10 PSI,,, that's plenty to force the water out but not really enough for dangerous explosions... The system works well except for air lock issues, the air lock usually changes after driving a few kms... then more water is avail.. This water not really for drinking, mostly for cleaning etc. About 50 L is available at any one time..
