I also set mine to -40. was a little less sensitive on the freeway this morning. What's more annoying is that the dash lights keep changing at different intervals!!

It would be ideal that if auto lights are triggered, they just remain on for the duration of the trip until the car is switched off again.

first world problems!

Reason being Also, being a Cummins ISX EGR GURU myself, we are told by the dealer to perform burn offs whenever necessary, even if not required....keeping build up to a minimum. It has kept a lot of our burn boxes out of trouble. I'm well aware of it being unnecessary and aren't too phased to let it take care of itself. Was just curious.

I'm surprised that your current speed can not be displayed in the centre info display....or is it a possibility? Piratepete I'm looking in your direction! :p

It is possible for it to do a forced burn but needs to be done through scan tool. One thing that has me thinking is that it might carry out the burn when say 50% full. I know if it get to high it will bring up a message on the dash saying thats its full and cannot complete a burn so it has to be forced with scan tool. So maybe that is how they are covering themselves by doing lots of small burns(20-30mins) instead of big 1-2hr burn off.

I annoyed also that we cant get a digital speedo on the center display. That dash would be 100% complete with that feature. It is possible that maybe later on it could be released, and it might just be a simple flash of ecu, but only time will tell.

Sooooo, Piratepete, do you happen to know if there is a software way to configure the power window kiddie switch to only work on the rear windows? At the moment it locks all but driver side window.

I will have to have a look into that. I own the extra cab so I don't have to worry about the rear windows :) But i'm going to guess that it might not be a customizable feature. I will have a look and let you know what i find :)

Piratepete, in fear of pushing the boundaries of your question threshold...I think the question on everyone's lips is....can the rear locker be programmed to be used in 2wd and 4H? Not with the intention to abuse...but for convenience and purely the option.

technically keeping the lights on all the time will turn off the 'auto' function :).

You don't need to remember to turn the lights off as they will go off once the car is switched off and the driver's door opened.
