Does any one have Transmissions Cooler install on 2015+ Hilux? Does it avoid factory warranty?

If you are going to tow or drive in 4x4 on sand you need one.

When I had mine put in, my mechanic suggested to put it inline with the factory cooler to avoid any possible warranty hassles & when out of warranty bypass the factory radiator cooler & just use the aftermarket cooler.

wise move , i have read of one owner losing a transmission when the factory cooler failed and the 2 fluids mixed. out of warranty as always.

We bypass the factory cooler in our dealership whenever we fit an aftermarket trans cooler.

Does anyone have photos of the Wholesale Automatic one fitted? Just want to make sure it doesn't attach where the Redarc BCDC attaches - on the mount of the bonnet latch.
