Hilux 2.5 2kd-ftv blowing black smoke

Hi, 

looking for some tech help with this one. 


2011 2.5 d4d hilux 2kd-ftv

Engine has been remapped 80k ago. Ran fine after remap. After 12 months its failed the mot on emissions 

blows black smoke when either high revving or dropping a gear and accelerating 

So far I have done the following- 

replaced turbo, replaced injectors (new) relearned injectors and pump. Replaced MAFF sensor, using a smoke machine checked for air leaks. Swapped air box, Intercooler with another vehicle. Removed and cleaned EGR valve (even though mapped out). disconnected fuel filter and ran direct from a make shift tank filled with Weyne’s injector cleaner. 


so far nothing has worked apart from running direct on weynes cleaner, that dramatically reduced the black smoke.  As soon as I emptied the cleaner and filled with clean diesel it was back black smoking. 


No idea what to check now ?
