Have a 2013 Hilux with 100000km on it. It’s suffering from major lag. Normal power kicks in at higher revs about halfway through gears. Haven’t done a hell of a lot to it Idrive, turbo back exhaust snorkel and filter is really all I’ve changed for the engine and none of that recently. Local mechanic thinks it’s the turbo and was caused by Idrive which I disconnected without change. Had EGR clean done at 80k Kms.
Mechanic has cleaned MAF and tested he also said he has checked all vacuum lines.
Anyone experienced similar or have suggestions.
