If they end up replacing your DPF, injector and injector housing they need to install software version:3F0M3000 which is the part of this newest attempt to fix the bloody DPF.

Had my regular service today, plus inspection of my DPF issues, and my local dealership (which has always been good to deal with over the past 10 years or more) has now agreed to replace the DPF plus 5th injector. This followed them sending the diagnostic results to head office, and it's now booked in for next Tuesday to have the warranty work done.
Have to say it was a lot simpler with the old Hilux without all this anti-pollution gear on it - even if it did drive like a truck!!
Hope the replacement DPF etc sorts my problem of excessive burns when towing.
And I've noted your reference to the software version code, so will check that when I take it in.
