Just picked up my new Turbo Diesel, SR5 dual can last week, upgraded from the previous model.
My question is, I'm moving my Redarc EGT, Boost, Trans temp gauge from my old one and was wondering if anyone new the best spots to install each pickup sensor.
Thanks for your help.

Any reason you cant use the stock senders? A cheapie Bluetooth OBD2 sender and a free iphone/android app will show you all that data and not worry about trying to fit in sensors everywhere

Thanks Deeman, I'll look into an obd2 scan tool.
Cheers.

So I picked up a Scan GuageII, it works a treat.
Shows Boost, Trans Temp, Water Temp and a whole lot more. It was just plug and play, then a bit of research to find the correct codes to put in for the Boost and Trans temp gauges.

Gday kellyo
Do you have any extra "x gauges" programed into the scangauge? Doesn't seem to be many for the hilux.
On my previous car (jeep grand cherokee) there was a heap of x gauges, such as gearbox gear, regen, etc.

G'day Silverfox,

I've got all the X Guages listed above by Andyfive plus a Boost Guage.
Hope that helps.

Cheers.
