can someone tell me where the sensor of the common rail flute? This sensor has as many pins?
I'm chip RD TECHNIK to install and I am not finding this sensor.

Depends on year of your hilux. Is it a 1kd-ftv

If it's a1kd mate it right next to where the egr cooler goes into the block a real prick to get of best way is to depress the the connector then gently slide back with a long flathead screwdriver

There is a 3 pin rail pressure sensor on the early 05 to mid 06 1kds' from then on there is a 6 pin sensor - located at the 2 oclock position of the injector pump when looking at it from behind.

It is the new engine 2.8 1GD-FTV.

The commonrail sensor is on the end close to the firewall in the 1GDFTV. It is a bit difficult to get at.

Hope this will be of help to someone in future, I'm sure the OP may have figured it by now.
