2014 SR Kings Spotties

Long story short:
I had a pair of spotties that worked on my kings plug and play harness,I bought a new pair of spotties and after a large amount of time of having the old ones off I’ve put the new ones one and now am not having any luck getting them working and can’t for the life of me figure out why.
The Spotlights will only turn on when I put a test light to the activating pin on the relay from the active on the battery terminal so they and got the same result from a whole brand new plug n play kit!
