Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone here has installed one of these units, [2015 - onward] Toyota Hilux / Fortuner -Apple CarPlay & Android Auto Integration to their head unit from Naviplus, and what their thoughts are surrounding cost and functionality thanks.

Hi All,

Thought I would post some photos of the upgrade so that I have Apple CarPlay with my factory head unit.
It’s pretty easy to do, it just requires taking the face plate off and attaching a circuit board and a few other pieces.

I haven’t been out to test it as it’s pouring rain so I can’t finish it off, but it does work. Better than a replacement head unit as you still have all the factory apps working still.
