Led Resistors.

Led Resistors.

Postby HLUXRY on Sat, 03 Apr 2021 9:42 +0000

Hey guys just installed a tray on a friend's 2018 Rugged X.
The tray lights are LED and obviously indicators are going off their rocket.
My question is if I just fit two load resistors on the rear indicator wires will that solve all issues?

My mechanic also told me sometimes you might need resistors on the brake circuits as well as it rarely/might cause an ecu/ABS issue.
Thanks folks

2018 models do have a key start. Remote control stays in the car and its a push button start.
