Switch Panels

Switch Panels

Postby AC137 on Mon, 23 Nov 2020 3:37 +0000

Hi guys and gals,

I’m almost ready to purchase a new 2021 SR5 and wanted to know if anyone has come across additional switch panels for the Hilux? There seems to be a number of options available for the Ford Ranger as the one below and others but nothing for the Hilux.

I know the Hilux already comes with some switch blanks from factory however I will require more for my plans.

I’m thinking along the lines of a roof mounted switch panel in place of the sunglasses holder (like the Ranger one) as I have never used it in my life but can’t find one.

If anyone could help it would be very much appreciated!

I ran out of factory switch locations very quickly , so i mounted a small jiffy box to the dash panel just to the left of the steering wheel , and shoved another 6 switches into it :)

It isn't my cup of tea, but have you considered getting an ARB Lynx system instead of the manual switches?

I have looked at the ARB system but to be honest for the money I can’t really justify it. Yes it’s good in one way but I’ve never had any issues with good old rocker switches.
