Runva Winch Underwound to Overwound

Hi guys,

I have a 2017 SR5 Lux with the factory alloy winch bar, I see that winches need to spool/unspool over instead of under. Would it be as simple as having the motor on the right instead of the left when fitting, is there a better way? I can't wrap my brain around it right now haha.
