Help needed on revo climate control heater coolant flow

Hi All,

We're having some issues with a Revo and the installation of a webasto water preheater.

The older Vigo with manual arco always has an open hot coolant flow trough the heater radiator and the mechanics in the dash route the air trough the radiator or around the radiator depending on the stand of the dial.

How does this work for the gen 8 Revo with climate control?
Is the climate control ECU arranging fan speed + airflow (trough / pass heater radiator)?
Is the climate control ECU arranging fan speed + coolant flow (electrical valves to by pass or close the heater radiator flow)?
