LED headlight shutters/beam correction

Does anyone know if the LED headlights can be adjusted when travelling to countries who drive on the right? I know a lot of German cars have a lever at the back of the headlight which activates a shutter to change the beam pattern slightly. Wondered if the Hilux headlights had the same.

I've also heard of manufacturers having a setting the dealerships can change in the coding so maybe anyone with techstream noticed a setting?

Not something most of you will ever need! I'm driving through France next year and the only other option is to stick on a beam corrector to the outside of the lens.
