2018 SR5 Dual Cab - Kings Lights & Non Functioning Head Ligh

Guys,
I brought the Kings light kit, 2x 9", 22" light bar & 2x 6" light bars. Couple of questions, if anyone can help, awesome.

1. I used the oval shaped 2 pin adapter as per my head light & 9" lights worked with 1x piggy back adapter plugged in. it As I have 2x harnesses & hence 2x piggy back adapters. I tried to use 2x piggy back adapters into each other but It doesn't work, do you or others know why? Can it be modified to work?

2. Used driving lights for near 1hr, testing & adjusting them. Stopped home and an hour or 2 later, went out and noticed I had what I thought was high beam though no blue dash light. Checked 9" and they aren't working either. I checked 9" fuses, swapped relays & then realised only 1x headlight working. I checked bulb though looks good.,so I swapped headlight bulbs & other doesn't work. So I checked car fuses & blown high beam fuse, replaced it and it works again.

Any thoughts on what's happening, suggestions on things to check?

Sorted,
1. Can't work out why doesn't work double piggy backed though clipped plug off spare H4 and soldered in.
2. Not sure why fuse blew originally but not since. Replaced relay and all sorted since.
