CEL and VSC light

Hoping someone could help me with my V6 hilux 2012 auto , have the engine light and VSC and traction control light flashing , car has no power idles fine and starts up normal ,have just done the Cape trip , thought I might have got bad fuel at first , changed fuel filter at Coen , no change ,engine still no power , reset numerous times still no good , got into weipa put another fuel filter in and reset , mechanic put scan tool and PO 171/174 , bank 1&2 lean , limped back to Townsville , put another fuel filter in,engine still the same on 98 octane , engine surges and cuts out when try to pass on highway, car in Mackay now at auto tech , I'm thinking it might be a Vacum leak somewhere ??? , has anybody had this problem before or know of anyone who had it and how did they fix it ? , am at a loss now, someone must have had this problem before , thanks
