AV Lead for camera

Hi Folks,

My wife recently had a dashcam installed in her car and chatting with the auto-electrician that did the fitting I mentioned I'd like to fit a camera on the front of my Lux so I can see the front wheels on the track when I'm pointing to the sky (I often go solo so no one to spot for me).
He said he fitted two front wheel cameras on another truck and they displayed on the centre rear visor via a switch box between the two. I'm going to give that a go but before I do I'm thinking it would be neat if they could display via the AV channel on the head unit instead. I need to get an AV lead but checking other posts I'm still unclear what lead I need. I'm thinking we'll need to 'adapt' the head unit end of the AV lead from the camera's - has anyone successfully got a camera AV lead working yet?
