Techstream on Gen 8 models

Started with the 64b W10 in VM on my mac. Moved over to an old 32b vista machine, then a fresh 64B W7 (my docs all said it was 64B compatible) but then wiped that off with fresh 32B W7.

Got mine to connect today and most stuff works but some dont. Could check the thing i was after though and it found my egr map was failing the test as i suspected.

Hi guys.
Anyone had any success lately?
Had my 2012 working fine off techstream v 10.00.028 with win 10 and cheap cable.
New car doesn't want to play, can get some data but not much.
Any help appreciated.

you need version 12.00.127 or later i think. V10 is for prior to the 1GD motor

Finally got it to work.
On windows 10 64 bit computer.
Running techstream V12.30.017 with Cable version V2.0.4 <<< important.

Long story short.
Updated from teachstream V 10.?????? to V12.30.017 still would not work, some things would like turning off seat belt chimes, unlock beep volume ect but live data would not.
Purchased https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321705175232 [4 week wait] it comes with V13.10.019 & cable V2.0.4.
Didn't install new techstream version V13.10.019, used V12.30.017 and just used newer updated cable and it works [everything inc live data]
Also note it will only work in 1 of my 3 usb ports in my computer.
