Installing LED Door Open Welcome (Puddle) Lights

Hi

I've purchased LED lights to replace the red 'reflectors' at the bottom of the front doors on my 2022 Hilux SR5. They didn't come with instructions, but the seller messaged me a very basic wiring diagram (see below):

I'm comfortable removing the door trim, but just wondering if anyone can refer me to some specific info on how best to access the 'door open' signals and the 'interior reading light' positive 12v point.

Any info/tips would be most welcome.
