REAR BRAKE DISC UPGRADE

, however i am not a fan of drum brakes and i am going to do towing with the hilux so i have been doing some research on options. I have found out that there is a disc brake conversion from http://www.runstop.com.ph/reardisc.php.
I am looking into bring one set of these in possible 320mm rotors. Has anyone done this conversion, it is apparantly a simple bolt on replacement.
Would i need to get an engineers certificate for this change ? Thoughts would be appreciated.
