Grind sound on start (2008 hilux)

Hi guys

I had a starter motor go bad, replaced with Oex one. A few months later with no issues went to play in some mud, came back this grind sound was present. Changed all idler bearings, timing tensioner, timing and drive belt and even aircon compressor (new pulley aswell)

Grind sound still present, sounds like it's coming from around the turbo area.

Any ideas?

Note in video, first start is normal and second start has grind sound. No other symptoms other than a sound.

Sound could be coming from front of engine, driver side
