Pulsating noise when driving, It comes and goes?

Any help is good help I'm just a little lost at the mommemt, Mechanic couldn't recreate the sound/noise on the hoist last night so my best bet is to replace everything or tear down till I find it

Slight noise sounds like its coming from the drivers side and deffinatly the front, Apologies for the video the sound is a little hard to hear

Has anyone else had a similar noise occur and what was your fix? And don't say turn up the stereo mine doesn't work atm and its the least of my worries haha
