Try All 4x4 in Newcastle for a used one. Or EBay:

Pull the whole box and transfer out. If you don’t have access to a hoist and transmission jack I’d pay someone to do it. From memory you have to remove some of the exhaust.

They are heavy. I bought a whole box and transfer out of a 2008 TRD as a temporary whilst my original was being rebuilt. Bloody heavy. Pretty much plug and play, just be methodical and take photos before you do it. Console top has to come out and stick in right position. Be careful that the converter sits in the box right when it goes back in. In fact I’d take it to an auto shop for a new converter seal while it is out. They often leak when disturbed.
