Which oil

Had ute in for service today and they tell me the oil in the transfer case and gear box need changing.
Which oils are people using and how much goes in each.
Did a search but didnt come up with much

scotty,
there is a thing in the glovebox thats called an OWNER'S MANUAL.
if you open it up you will find the relavant imformation you require in capacities section
