I did the grease inside the second rubber boot at the pivot point.

Worked a treat !!!!

If you end up replacing the clutch with a new clutch kit, you can get the new hardened ball for this area.
Install a new fork as well.
Works really good the new ball.
The Roo.
Passing through country and seeing country are two different things.

I've got this same issue on my 2009 hilux, can someone post a pic of this rubber boot on the bell housing covering the fork pivot point?

This wood be greatly appreciated. I think I see it but just want to be absolutely sure I am going to be greasing the correct thing Hahaha.

If you grt under the passenger side of the ute and look up at the bell housing you'll see it, not much else there.

Gonna finally fix mine for good. Don't bother squirting WD40 or TAC2 in there as it doesn't last and you'll have the squeaking back within a week.

I bought a long needle attachment for my grease gun and will give it a go in the coming days.

So anyway, just reporting back. I got underneath the hilux with the grease gun and needle point nozzle and gave the pivot point some grease. I tried working it around the pivot as much I can. I thought this would fix the squeak for sure! But no! It made no difference! The squeak is still there. It's driving me nuts cause it's friggin loud.

What else could it be fellas? Could it be the clutch fingers squeaking when they are compressed by the clutch fork?

Mine too :( grease did not help it. Too me there’s a slight increase in resistance too

I managed to quieten down the squeak, but it’s still there and slowly getting worse again. I’ve given up.
