yeh rear breather is a 1/8 bsp fitting,so screw that out, put in a pnuematic 6mm push in to 1/8bsp fitting run your hose to wher ever you like.
As for the gearbox and transfer mine was definitely clipped ontop of the bellhousing on the passenger side,as i said easier to reach from under the passenger side,very easy job really to do the hole lot.

Haven't checked the front yet, I'm guessing the back is more open to sunlight, was an easy fix brought down some slack and recut and joined probably he last 10cm was really Brittle rest seemed ok.
