Hey everyone,

I thought I would post a few photos of my 12v panel that I just completed. The panel is roughly 470mm high x 450mm wide x 40mm deep. I got most of the inspiration from Pinterest. A quick background, I bought my HiLux around September 2018 and had the tray made at Dutch Engineering in Newcastle. The canopy is a 2.5mm flat alloy custom sized canopy from MRT and it was powder coated by Hunter Powder & Paint. I then lined the interior of the canopy with carpeted plywood and installed insulation behind it myself.

The panel I made includes:
- 25mm matte black aluminium frame
- Carpeted plywood backing
- 25a Projecta dc/dc charger
- Projecta BM320 battery monitor
- 4 gang switch plate
- 50a midi fuse
- 6 way fuse block
- 2x anderson connectors
- 3x 30a cb's

If there is any interest from people wanting a 12v panel like this I was thinking of producing some, cost would probably be around $1250. If anyone wants any more info on how it's wired or how I lined the canopy just let me know, cheers :-)

Very tidy mate, nice job. What’s the intended use? Is this a camper or tradie wagon?

Hey mate, thanks I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’m setting it up as a tourer for my missus and I.
