Good info there mate.
Wonder if there is any design difference between alloy and steel bar?

Bought Enerdrive 200amps lithium, 40amps DCDC Enerdrive charger/solar controller and 60amps AC Enerdrive charger.
Should be able to stay offgrid indefinitely regarding power usage now.

Hows the Unichip going? Better fuel economy?
Are you worried about the warranty? I presume you take the chip out when taking the car to Toyota?

They cant see the chip on diagnostic tools as it piggybacks to ECU ... I just disable it. I had one of the two buttons (eco and power) programmed to disable it.
The actual two boxes are hidden inside of dashboard and toyota mechanics absolutely have no business dismantling dashboard for whatever part of regular service.
If I wanted to take the boxes out it would take me about 10 minutes.

Fuel usage stayed the same, but power and torque are noticeably better.

Is your unichip the Unichip Q4 or the Uni-X?
I think the Uni-X is even smaller and can be moved to other vehicles too

I bought new BFG KM3 in 265/70-17 and can confirm that they do not rub on full lock forward or reverse or under flex.
Car has genuine Toyota bullbar and 2 inch lift.

That's good to know. Have you made any adjustments to the LCA?

No mate. Checked by suspension specialist and reputable tyre dealership, both of whom I have been dealing for the last 15 years and both say not needed.

I'll post some photos next week.

Glad to hear that. 32s are a good size for the hilux.
