Bolted in with 3 bolts each side - so 12 bolts and it should come off like that. Not sure of weight I will ask the guys that made it if they weighed it

Hey mate, great looking ute and Canopy. I'm tossing up between the same setup or a solid alloy box permanently bolted to the tray. I really like the look and less weight of a canvas over cage canopy. Roughly how much did it cost you?

I was doing the same. Went this way so I can have the dog in here. This is like a marine grade cover (not canvas) you can read on his website.

Around 5k including the roofrack.

I like it. Interested in the weight though. A lockable canvas style cage that I can ratchet off and hang under the house would be a good option.
